Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of G-Box Lap Timer, G-Box, racemeasureapp.com, and related web viewer, upload, telemetry, and video-processing features operated by RACEMEASURE LLC.
Use of the Services
G-Box Lap Timer and G-Box are designed for track-day telemetry, lap timing, onboard video workflows, and post-session analysis. You are responsible for using the services safely, lawfully, and only in environments where motorsport data collection is permitted.
Motorsport Safety
The services provide informational telemetry and analysis tools. They are not a substitute for driver judgment, professional coaching, venue safety rules, vehicle inspection, or official timing systems. Do not interact with the app or website while driving.
Uploaded Content
You may upload telemetry, metadata, and video files for session review or overlay processing. You are responsible for the files you upload and for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process them. Uploaded files may be processed by RACEMEASURE LLC infrastructure to provide requested features.
Accounts and Leaderboards
You may view leaderboards and calculate telemetry without an account. Publishing a lap to the online leaderboard requires registration and acceptance of the Privacy Policy and these Terms. Published leaderboard entries may show driver name, car, track, lap time, class, power estimate, source, and data quality information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for ensuring that the telemetry belongs to you or that you have permission to publish it. RACEMEASURE LLC may remove entries that appear abusive, misleading, unlawful, or technically invalid.
Android Sharing Rules and Content Safety
Android-specific addition, October 13, 2026. Sharing-rules version: android-sharing-2026-10-13-v1. These provisions apply to publication from the native G-Box Android app. As an exception to the account-registration requirement above, native Android leaderboard submissions and session sharing do not require a G-Box login, email address or password. Website registration and the provisions for other platforms are unchanged.
Before submitting a leaderboard result or sharing a session publicly or by private link, you must explicitly accept these Terms and the Android sharing rules and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Android keeps the accepted version and acceptance time in local app data and asks again when a different version is required. Cancelling does not publish the selected content and does not prevent local recording, importing or analysis. Accepting these rules does not by itself publish anything or give consent for AI data sharing or optional analytics.
Share only content you own or have permission to share, including driver and car names, telemetry, video and audio. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for information about other people that you include. Harassment, threats, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal or misleading content, and other people's personal data without permission are prohibited. The existing restrictions on malicious files, interference with services and violations of third-party rights also apply. Content that breaks these rules may be removed.
Review the selected files and their visibility before sending them. Public session details are listed for other users; shared packages may contain precise locations and any video and audio you choose to include. A private link is not listed publicly, but anyone who receives or obtains it can download the package. Deleting your upload stops new service downloads and does not erase copies already downloaded by other people.
Use the Android Safety screen to report a shared session, leaderboard result or the associated uploader or public driver identity, choose a reason and optionally provide a short explanation. Reports support content review; receipt of a report does not guarantee removal or a global ban. Shared sessions may be hidden through the existing session-sharing moderation process. You can block a session uploader or a leaderboard driver locally and later remove individual blocks or clear all blocks in Safety. These two types of identity are separate. A leaderboard driver identity is based on the displayed name rather than a verified account, so matching normalized names may be affected together. Blocking filters the corresponding remote-session or result list on that Android installation and also stops matching shared-session links when a session uploader is blocked. It does not delete previously imported files, remove content for others or submit a report automatically. For other content concerns, contact support@racemeasureapp.com and identify the relevant content without including private ownership or purchase credentials.
You can also report a selected AI analysis or AI Help response without leaving the Android app. Choose a reason, review the report and confirm sending. Including a short excerpt of that response is a separate optional choice; it is not included by default. A report does not publish the AI response, submit the full conversation or start another AI analysis. Report only the information needed to explain the problem.
G-Box Hardware Orders
The listed G-Box hardware price is $199 USD per unit. Shipping charges, import duties, sales or use taxes, and other destination-specific fees are not included unless expressly stated. The website order form sends an order request and does not collect payment or create an accepted order by itself.
RACEMEASURE LLC will confirm product availability, the final total, payment instructions, and an estimated delivery schedule by email. An order is accepted only after you approve those terms and complete the requested payment. Availability, shipping destinations, delivery timing, and package contents may be confirmed or adjusted before acceptance. Any applicable return or warranty information will be supplied with the confirmed order and remains subject to applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, interfere with server operation, or use the services in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
G-Box Lap Timer, G-Box, website design, software, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by RACEMEASURE LLC or its licensors. You retain rights to your own telemetry and video files, subject to the processing needed to provide the services.
Service Availability
The services may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or other operational reasons. RACEMEASURE LLC may update features and these Terms as the products evolve.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RACEMEASURE LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the services.
